步骤1:准备材料,拿出青豆,胡萝卜,西兰花,花菜,混入小碗里,由于我是从超市买的急冻包,所以直接拿出来混在一起就好。如果没有急冻包,那就要麻烦点,把胡萝卜,西兰花和花菜切成小块粒状的。
