羊肉萝卜水饺&三味春卷[22P]

1、一把花椒用开水泡一下,待凉备用。(不要煮哦,只要泡就可以了)$v7lw3`!gQ

2、羊肉洗净剁成馅。

3、萝卜只要半根,切成丝,焯水,稍微挤一下再剁成细丁。"Q5G;k9bLG-q
4、把羊肉馅和萝卜馅放一起,放入两茶勺盐、一茶勺糖、一瓷勺老抽、一瓷勺生抽、适量味精、多放点个葱姜末、两瓷勺泡开的花椒水、适量色拉油、少许十三香拌匀备用。

饺子皮的做法:

1、盆里放入一斤多一点面粉倒入适量水,拌匀开始和面。(要冷水和面,还有水不要一下子加太多,加点和点。)

2、等面团和劲道表面光滑后,盖上盖子放着醒15分钟。(HP.[H q$M0h
3、面团醒好后再和个五分钟左右就可以开始擀皮子了。

4、揪一块面团搓成擀面棒粗细的长条,切成一厘米左右的圆块,两面沾面粉后压扁,擀成饺子皮就可以开始包饺子了。

买的现成的红猪油年糕,(本来还想买薄荷味的竟然没有,哎…那就这样吧!)切成适中的长条。

猪油年糕一般我们都会沾了鸡蛋液煎了吃,可那样吃太油了,而且年糕容易粘,所以用春卷皮子包了年糕再煎,外脆里软,又不是很油,特别好吃,大家可以试试看哦!

饺子以前是北方人的主食,现在全国各地多在做饺子,也多是很喜欢吃的,就是过年的时候各地做的年夜饭不一样,南方的很多多是做小吃的。特别是像福建啊。小吃名省啊。
