味极咸肉炒豆角[15P]

豆角洗净切段,入油盐水中汆烫,再捞起过冷河(就是从开水中捞起后马上用冷水冷却)后备用,这样可以令豆角保持青绿"\:rIn9ZM`/H;np5R
