豆角洗净切段,入油盐水中汆烫,再捞起过冷河(就是从开水中捞起后马上用冷水冷却)后备用,这样可以令豆角保持青绿"\:rIn9ZM`/H;np5R w

用五花肉做起来才来本来就很香   再配上喜欢油的豆角应该是很不错的
