一、腌制鸡肉。为了让鸡肉更入味,我先处理鸡肉了。把鸡肉逆着纹理切成长条的薄片就OK了。然后加入少许白酒,盐,糖,五香粉,,鸡精,,这是我加的东西,你也可以根据个人喜好加入调料,然后搅拌均匀,放在一边就可以了。

三、面凉一点以后在加适当面粉搅拌,直到不粘手,手上沾上干面粉,揉捏面团,直到面团光滑为止,然后把面团用保鲜膜盖着醒5分钟。

四、在醒面的时候开始炸鸡。先把一袋炸鸡粉倒入腌制好的鸡肉中,搅拌均匀。+qyE%Y?:Ml

把锅烧热(一定要先烧热锅,这样炸时才不会粘锅),然后倒入油,烧热至50度(温度以先放一片肉入锅为参考),下锅,然后用铲子轻轻推动,防止粘锅。然后把鸡肉捞出放在盘子里。-N1Du*_k%[u9O

五、开始擀面。^_^$O

比较有难度的来了,一定把桌面擦干、干净,然后撒上一层面粉,揪乒乓球一小块下来,搓圆,压扁,用合适的工具压成薄薄的饼。今天先给大家看看面团,还有我的擀面杖,^_^,你能找到我的擀面杖是什么吗?因为是集体宿舍,厨具不全,只能这样了。呵呵!
