金银牛肉粒

1.将年糕切成丁,入水锅焯水后用清水冲凉,待用。M4F,B0LeF7F3An
2.牛肉也切丁,用鸡蛋清,淀粉,盐,胡椒粉,料酒拌匀放入冷藏室静置半小时以上上浆。然后在低温油锅内滑油,捞出待用。v#lF5fJ}5Z-B/[q l*j
3.另起油锅,放入年糕粒,嫩玉米粒略煸炒,加黄酒,蚝油,糖,稍许清水,烧滚后勾芡,放入牛肉粒炒匀,淋上麻油即可
