五香焗鱼
今天就做个简单的“五香焗鱼”吧!

魭鱼8两(买硬边中间部分,即带有脊骨那边的鱼腩部分,不易煎散),葱段、姜片拍松

鱼切厚块,用生抽3匙、酒1匙、胡椒粉、五香粉各少许、葱段、姜片入味片刻

用平底不粘锅将鱼块各面煎金黄熟透,先煎表皮再煎其它各面

全程用慢火煎,中途可半盖锅盖半煎半焗,这样能令厚肉的鱼块易熟,又不干硬 Fk,X;u{%N-|,P
