这是选用五花肉之肥瞟下面那层半肥瘦的肉,有如花冈岩的纹路,细嫩多,是烤肉极品,价格不菲!现在太冷了,不适合户外烧烤,更不想在室内搞得乌烟瘴气的。想起多年前在香港一家馆子里吃过一道甜酥美味的糖醋里肌,于是做了这道类似的菜式,非常好吃!h,d7Wo

材料 :五花肉第三层的肉(切手指般粗条,以少许盐/白胡椒粉/太白粉稍腌,小甜椒,蘑菇,迷你洋葱,蒜。c3_,m/L7Gd

面浆 :半杯炸粉(我用天妇老粉-tempura flour),加清水调成糊状。

调味料 :蜂蜜一大匙,番茄酱半大匙,老抽半大匙,苹果汁四大匙,白葡萄酒一大匙,盐少许。

做法 :两碗油烧中热,肉条裹满面浆,放进油里炸至酥脆金黄(炸时要耐心,火不能过旺,慢慢炸酥口感才好)。所有调味料煮开,放进肉条快速拌均,摆盘。其它配料用少许油/盐炒熟做装饰。
