把买来的杂菜(就是在一般超市都能买到的“五谷杂粮”玉米、豌豆、火腿什么的,营养丰富!)把这些放在开水里焯一下,注意,里面可以放少量的盐和油,这样出来的颜色会很好看哦!(这是个小窍门)'p~

炒香后放入适量的清水,等水烧开后把我们事先准备好的那碗料汁倒入锅里熬一下,因为里面有淀粉所以同时也起到了收汁的作用,可以让料汁更帖服,更好吃
