自己动手做辣椒酱

我爱吃辣, 却对超市里的罐头辣酱很敏感, 老是觉得加了什么什么剂的.. 所以每个月都会抽出一点时间, 自己在家里做一罐辣椒酱, 做菜, 做酱料的什么都很方便.V&I{7P5q

把辣椒干浸到水里, 大约一个小时左右

沥干水, 然后和红葱,蒜米粒一起倒到搅拌机内, 加入一茶匙的盐, 半杯水, 搅拌成糊

然后锅里热上三大匙的油 (很重要, 辣椒的香味得油慢慢熬出来, 喜欢辣椒油的可以多加油.) 小火慢慢熬.. 不可大火, 辣椒糊了会带苦味.0Zm%fs b~s7t |

不时搅拌一下, 锅子一定要加盖,煮着的辣椒酱会喷出锅外, 很容易烫伤.. 所以得小心一点..煮大约10分钟就可以了(QJFL:HW1o

煮好熄火, 待凉, 然后装罐, 藏倒冰箱里, 可以吃好久..8Y*b8gX&Ja*e+U
