4、干辣椒数根、花椒适量、八角、桂皮、香叶少量、胡椒粉、孜然粒、孜然粉适量。

6、热锅入少许锅底油,油热后放入干辣椒,花椒爆香(千万不要糊了)然后加入其他香料(八角,桂皮,香叶,孜然粒)马上再放入葱丝姜片爆炒一下(同时一定注意火候.不要让前边的香料焦糊了)z+Z\+K4l E:LT

9、因为绿乌鸡比较嫩,就不用先炖了,当鸡块变色后放入土豆快,胡萝卜块翻炒2分钟同时放入胡椒粉和孜然粉。
