1,豌豆洗净加入苏打粉拌匀,加清水浸泡过夜

2,倒掉苏打水再用清水洗5-6次,取一锅放入豌豆和水(水没过豌豆约3厘米左右),开大火煮开再转中小火将豌豆熬至熟软

3、将煮好的豌豆倒入搅拌机打匀,用过滤网把豌豆糊过滤一遍,再放回锅里加入白糖用中火熬到浓稠(要边煮边搅拌)
