材料:莲子200G、砂糖60G、植物调和油60G。(莲蓉当然是油一点的来的香甜,但是自己做的,减少了砂糖和油的用量,味道更是清爽宜人)

冷锅倒入十来克油,然后入莲子泥,倒入砂糖。开中火翻炒。,O*nG-rZL

接着等油全部吸收后,再分次加入剩下的油。每次都要等油被完全吸收再加油。不停翻炒。

炒到浓稠,变干,汁水收到差不多关火。放凉,这就是传说中的莲蓉了。

第二部分:月饼皮的制作。

材料:转化糖浆150G、枧水2G,普通面粉200G、奶粉16G、植物油50G。看一下转化糖浆和枧水。
