放到盆里,放上盐和味精还有料酒 用的料据是花雕,这样的料酒去腥味提鲜味腌制20分钟

买来了水晶粉做底层,这样做可以支撑起鱼肉,也可以放一些自己喜欢吃的青菜,比如豆芽或者油菜等~~~~前提条件,必须煮熟

豆豉蒸鱼头t.v#e9e~

做法:1.内放葱姜蒜末,老抽,豆豉,料酒,盐,糖,蚝油,胡椒粉调成汁A.cr.n[9s,q9R
2.鱼控干水放在盘内,上边浇匀调味汁

3.蒸锅内大火蒸8分钟^*D^|cU
4.花生油烧热淋在蒸好的鱼头上,点缀香菜即可
