麻辣香芹拌肚丝[8P]

新鲜猪肚用盐与面粉,或是淀粉反复搓洗,洗至闻不到臭味,锅里放大半锅水,放整棵蒜头,一小勺盐,姜,一大汤匙卤汁或是酱油,同洗净的猪肚一起煮。直至筷子能轻轻穿透猪肚,关火。我用小火煮了大概五十分钟左右。#SxHf8YM

把芹菜洗净,去叶,切段。芹菜滚盐水里淖一下,然后泡冰水。捞出,沥干,一定要沥干,不然拌的时候水份很多。4{hux+@
