这段时间好像菜价降价了,口蘑原来卖五六块钱一斤,现在卖4.5就行了。很喜欢口蘑的味道,鲜美又有营养,用来配合啥做成菜都好吃。有道要想身体健康,没顿饭的搭配应该是一荤一素一菌,多吃菌类对身体很有好处,俺以后多买蘑菇吃,呵呵。.\(t3w5X;K;P3n

材料:口蘑6两,瘦肉,猪肝,盐,姜适量。
