牛蛙洗净后用盐,鲜味露,姜,葱酒腌一会,备用 ,准备好用料(豆掰酱,李锦记酱油,海鲜酱,香油,还有什么老干妈等等,我是乱用了)&m,L

这里是酱好的牛蛙(我用了三个),这个步骤应该都在上面所有配菜准备之前,因为要腌会牛蛙才入味,盐,葱,姜,酒,生抽,鲜味露,放个15分钟左右

在腌牛蛙的这段时间正好是处理配菜的时间,15-20分钟后把牛蛙过一下油

然后就是把青椒,花椒,大蒜头下油锅炒出香味Qtm(Mu7P8z

倒入牛蛙,加酱油,豆版酱,水适量大火烧一会,差不多蛙刚断生的时候下洋葱,(买紫皮的洋葱,水份多而且甜)和芹菜,下过好水的土豆,丝瓜要最后放容易烂/\(V1Y,[.z`-u

全部好后准备明炉里面加上5匙油,点火乘起来就可以了,撒上香菜,淋上香油.OK,完成,很好吃啰
