韩式海鲜锅
[color=#404040]今天在海鲜市场买了两条很大的活石斑鱼,取一条起肉,加些虾,墨鱼,做这道鲜香惹味的韩国海鲜锅。汤底是用韩国黄豆酱(tweng jang)和红豆酱(ssam jang)熬石斑鱼头/骨做成的。其它配料有豆腐,虾丸,蘑菇,节瓜,蒜青,辣椒。石斑肉片/墨鱼片/虾用烫火锅方式吃,其它材料可一起放入锅里同煮。鱼肉的鲜嫩是难以形容的,那鱼春和鱼肝更是一绝。
