1、建议用打蛋器来调面糊,以使面糊更均匀细滑,无面粉疙瘩。:[k6@z#y](a
2、土豆丝要尽量切细一点,太粗的土豆丝很难与面糊混合均匀,又不容易煎熟煎透。S B+e;H^6B0m
3、用平底锅来煎饼,比较容易控制火候,而且煎的土豆饼受热较均匀。

4、土豆面糊下锅后要摊平,使其厚薄一致,不可倒入过多面糊,以免土豆饼太厚身,难以煎熟透。][lzS}2ubv
5、煎制土豆饼时,要用中小火慢煎至金黄色,用大火则容易煎得焦黑。
