1. 鱼片切成小薄片,加腌料腌制10分钟左右。鸡蛋打散,加入盐和水,打匀备用。

Slice the fish filets thinly and mix with marinade for 10 minutes. Whip the eggs in a large bowl. Add the salt and water and mix well. f+j}S!JfJ*k _yq

正琢磨晚上吃啥呢!嘿嘿。。这个制作相当简单,可做成点心也可做成菜,口感一定很滑软。谢谢楼主!

个人感觉:要是再加几片玉兰片(鲜笋片)什么的打个底,口感和营养成分会丰富不少吧?大家可以试试看。。
